The last full week of fourth grade started out with The Amazing Race. It was a great way to wrap up our studies of the regions of the United States. Thanks so much to all of the parent volunteers for helping run all of the, "Pit Stops." The children were very engaged in the activity. We continued to work on the USA on Tuesday by mining for gems like prospectors, playing USA Bingo and learning about immigration throuhgout the history of our country. We also participated in Sports Day, had our last Creative Arts Friday and wrote letters to the incoming fourth graders. On Friday afternoon, Mrs. Richards and Mrs. Murray presented us with information about summer reading and math. Only three days to go! Monday looks like a hot one, bring a water bottle! We will be completing our last engineering project of the year when Andrew and Peter return to JFK!
